This Romeo, TN home had too much humidity in the bathroom which collected mold starting on the third day. Mold does not need the building materials in your home to be saturated to enable growth. They only need the walls to be a little wet you'll start seeing black spots.

The family called their insurance and made a claim for the damage. Their agent called us to take a loot at the job and start removing the mold. The after picture is of all the moldy materials torn out of the home and disposed of.
